Job description: Come Grow with us ! If you have at least 2 years experience working in the construction supply and rental industry, we want you to be our next Counter & Showroom Sales Associate. In this job, you will be selling and renting construction supplies, equipment, and machine parts and service. Customers will interact with you in our state of the art showroom. They also call in via phone and online to rent machines or request product information from you. Must be hungry to learn, grow your skills, and collaborate with your coworkers.

We have developed an organized showroom and website to help train you and learn about our products.
Following documented systems and having you help to develop the program further is important to our way of doing business. Living by our company values is also important as we support a friendly and professional culture. We would prefer if you have a minimum of 2 years of experience in counter sales and knowledge of construction supplies.

We are in need of Full and Part Time Applicants !

Job Responsibilities:

Sell and/or rent construction supplies, equipment, service and parts to customers
Recommend which products will deliver the best performance for customer's needs
Provide simple product demonstrations so that customers can learn how to safely use them.

Maintain Showroom & displays. Keep shelves stocked.
Ensure that our customers feel welcomed and love shopping at Altra !
Day shift Monday through Friday with Saturday morning work; 8 hour shifts

Pay rate is dependent on experience, and knowledge of the equipment. Starting range: $20 - $25 per hour
