Position: Footwear Merchandiser
We’re seeking a Global Footwear Merchandiser: a driven, creative, dynamic problem solver whose drive for success enables them to achieve brand, business goals and individual development goals.
What will you do?
The Footwear Merchandiser will need to be an experienced presenter who is numeric savvy with excellent written and verbal communication skills. This role's main responsibilities will be to support the merchandising process for the Global Footwear Performance Category to create best-in-class assortments.

Support the merchandising team by assisting with the development and execution of product assortment plans.
Conduct market research and analyze retail and fashion trends to identify opportunities for product development and growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, production, and sales, to ensure cohesive and strategic product assortment.
Assist in the creation and maintenance of product line plans, including product pricing, inventory management, and product lifecycle.
Participate in the product development process, including product selection, sample review, and assortment planning.
Monitor and analyze sales data to make recommendations for product assortment changes.
Merchandising led approach
Brief and Partner with Global Team to develop the right products for NORA, CASA, EMEA, and APAC markets to ensure we are meeting demands of consumer / retailer and achieving regional financial goals.
Directing a comprehensive sell through analysis end of season to inform product creation teams of successes and opportunities.
Plan Product & color Lifecycle for the key Franchises.
Own the Performance Category KPI’s, including revenue, SKU count, margins.
Line planning with logical architecture. Product, price & color.
Deliver channel segmentation and differentiation: DTC vs. Wholesale & Specialty vs. Strategic Key accounts, based on feedback.
Marketplace
Identify opportunities based on the strategic choices, consumer profiles, and customer needs; Continuously monitor and report on product performance and make recommendations for improvement.
Know the competition (innovations, materials, features / benefits, pricing architecture, best sellers, franchise management).
Gather and filter seasonal market feedback and input to for the current or future seasons. Build consumer right assortments from this.
What do you need to succeed?
We all have unique skills that we bring to work and celebrate every day. For this role, there are foundation skills you’ll need to succeed and excel. Additionally, while formal education in a related field is great to have, we are most interested in your 2-3 years of experience in a footwear merchandising or buying role.
The foundation skills you will need in this position are:
University degree or equivalent.
Running Footwear experience / background is required
Experience at working with Strategic Accounts is preferred
‘Can do’ attitude
Good communicator in English
Team oriented

Hiring Range : $90,720.00 USD - $113,400.00 USD annually
