Target Achievements:
- Ensure profit and business targets are agreed and achieved by collaborating with the Business Manager to set and achieve targets for assigned clients.
- Execute tasks as outlined in the job description.
Develop and fulfill business plans for client growth by taking ownership of:
- Creating and managing budgets and forecasts.
- Identifying and capitalizing on existing and new business opportunities.
- Promoting all Group services to clients.
Ensure client satisfaction with orders and contracts while maximizing financial benefits by:
- Communicating effectively with clients.
- Preparing and delivering regular reports on performance.
- Reviewing and optimizing operational processes.
- Managing financial and technical changes.
- Gathering customer feedback through surveys and visits.
- Oversee technical elements to ensure optimal solutions.
- Occasionally review projects on-site and offshore.
Contribute to the development of new systems and procedures by:
- Participating in meetings and working groups.
- Identifying and implementing process improvements.
- Collaborating on best practices with colleagues.
- Conduct annual appraisals to identify development needs.
- Support and monitor the performance of direct reports.
- Identify and address training needs.
- Exemplify correct safety behaviors.
- Emphasize the importance of safety and support stopping unsafe jobs.
- Consult with the HSEQ Representative and support safety initiatives.
5 years of relevant experience.
Bachelor's Or Associate's Degree Preferred, Or Equivalent Experience.
