Full-time, Monday to Friday, 7:00am-4:00pm

Hilo, Big Island
Pay
$20 an hour
Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls and assist clients with inquiries.
- Print, file, copy, and scan documents.
- Schedule appointments as needed.
- Assist in the bidding process.
- Perform data entry and prepare monthly reports.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of previous administrative experience preferred.
- Valid Driver License preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well individually and in a team environment.
- Hardworking and reliable.
