A local construction company is looking for an organized and proactive General Office Clerk with strong administrative skills to manage office tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments.

The ideal candidate will preferably have 2 years of previous administrative experience.

Hours

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 7:00am-4:00pm

Location

Hilo, Big Island

Pay

$20 an hour

Responsibilities

  • Answer phone calls and assist clients with inquiries.
  • Print, file, copy, and scan documents.
  • Schedule appointments as needed.
  • Assist in the bidding process.
  • Perform data entry and prepare monthly reports.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of previous administrative experience preferred.
  • Valid Driver License preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well individually and in a team environment.
  • Hardworking and reliable.
