A commercial property in Kihei is looking for some maintenance help ASAP! The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance projects and tasks independently while maintaining the highest level of customer service for tenants, vendors, customers, and team members.
The ideal candidate will have general construction skills and experience.

Hours
Full-time, Monday to Friday 5:00am-1:30pm

Kihei, Maui
Pay
$22 an hour
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance projects and tasks independently.
- Maintain the highest level of customer service for tenants, vendors, customers and team members.
- Assist with painting, electrical work and plumbing repairs.
- Perform general interior and exterior property maintenance.
- Maintain inventory of all equipment, tools and supplies.
- Report property or safety concerns to Property Manager.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- General construction skills and experience.
- Knowledge and experience in painting, electrical work, plumbing repairs and other general interior and exterior property maintenance.
- Knowledge with air conditioning units a plus but not required.
- Ability to work on your own and take good direction.
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve.
- Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
