We are currently seeking a Manager of Consumer Journey and Experience Strategy to join our Consumer Experience Organization (CXO).

What you will be doing:
- Guiding enterprise strategic marketing plans to support consumer transition to smoke-free products by defining the optimal omni-channel journeys and consumer experiences for distinct multi-category consumer segments
- Leading consumer-centered planning sessions to define test and learn plans that uncover the optimal experiences, product offers and messaging to help consumers progress in their journey
- Partnering with data and analytics teams to refine enterprise consumer segmentation approach. Socializing revised segments with business partners to broaden company-wide understanding of who our consumers are, and influencing consumer-centric thinking
- Partnering closely with Consumer Market Insights partners to define research priorities to unlock deeper understanding of our consumer segments and fuel development of consumer Personas
- Coordinating collaboration across multiple data analytics and technical teams in the alignment of UX/technical roadmaps that enable integrated digital activations that optimize the consumer experience end-to-end
- Leading digital CX strategy across owned platforms for an assigned set of multi-category consumer segments and brands
- Partnering with broad team of channel experts, inspiring collaboration, development, and execution of activations along a connected consumer journey
- Developing CRM strategies and using consumer data, insights, and behaviors to support brand engagement, retention, and onboarding
We want you to have:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5 years of CX/UX, Consumer Journey, Direct-to-Consumer/CRM, Consumer Insights/Segmentation Strategy, or related experience
- Strategic problem-solver with ability to effectively communicate complex information (written and oral)
- Sound presentation style and ability to influence idea agreement across multi-disciplinary partners
- Ability to show excellent judgment in decision making by taking calculated risks based on the environment, consumer data, and long-term enterprise objectives
- Culture change-agent mentality, encouraging consumer-centric thinking in how we build ideas for the future
