This Tier One OEM supplier is looking for a Maintenance Manager to increase equipment uptime, implement preventative maintenance systems, and improve the team's performance. - An effective communicator (written & verbal) across all levels of the organization, from the CEO to maintenance operators.
- An expert in preventative maintenance, able to shift the internal culture from reactive maintenance to proactive and predictive maintenance.
- Experienced in maintenance planning, always looking for ways to increase the productivity and impact of the maintenance team.
- Committed to fostering a positive, collaborative relationship between the operations and maintenance teams, viewing maintenance as a service organization and operations as the customer.
- Up to date on OSHA regulations, ISO standards, and Lean/Six Sigma techniques and actively driving those standards within the organization.
- A self-starter excited by a fast-paced environment with complex manufacturing machinery that is dependent on you and your team to stay in operation.

- High school Degree 10 years of maintenance leadership experience
- Associates Degree 7 years of maintenance leadership experience
- Bachelor's Degree 3 years of maintenance leadership experience
- Must have managed people who are hands-on on the floor (mechanics & electricians)
- Data-driven
- Solid understanding of OSHA regulations.
- Proven experience of implementing &/or improving preventative maintenance programs
- Maintenance group leadership
- Experience working with outside contractors and negotiating pricing for projects
- Mechanical and electrical experience involving complex equipment and machinery.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree (industrial, electrical, mechanical engineering or similar...)
- Metal stamping industry experience
- Reliability engineering experience
- Knowledge of LEAN/Six Sigma
- Predictive Maintenance program implementation &/or improvement
Technical/Software
- MS Office
- Maintenance System Experience (Maintenance Manager/Work Order System)
- Allen Bradley and Siemens Controls experience
