Location: Altru Health System PO Box 6002 Grand Forks, ND 58201 Pay Range: $19.76 - $29.64 Summary: The Recruitment and Staffing Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting all departmental functions. Key responsibilities include developing travel itineraries, coordinating interviews, tracking compliance and immigration activities, creating materials, and managing communications with internal and external stakeholders. This role also involves scheduling and data entry. The Recruitment and Staffing Coordinator excels in delivering exceptional customer service, adapting to changing priorities, and embracing variety. This position actively fosters positive relationships, solves problems efficiently, and maintains a keen attention to detail. The Coordinator is integral to supporting a dynamic team and advancing the goals and service excellence of Altru. Essential Job Functions: Supports system workforce/recruitment efforts for both permanent and temporary staff ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all candidates and internal stakeholders. Coordinates interview experiences for candidates including scheduling, developing and communicating detailed. Supports the development and maintenance of recruitment marketing materials. Coordinates onboarding and orientation experiences for new employees and temporary staff, working collaboratively with internal stakeholders, ensuring all compliance requirements are met and standard processes are followed fostering a smooth transition for new hires. Provides meticulous support, processing, and auditing services for a variety of human resources processes ensuring attainment of department’s high service standards Enters data, tracks and maintains accurate and timely records, delivering regular updates to leadership. Plays a key role in planning and executing events, offering robust logistical support to ensure success. Performs other duties as assigned or needed to meet the needs of the department/organization.
