Summary:
The Workday Analyst supports the Human Resources, Finance and/or Supply Chain teams, other internal business partners, and Altru leadership in the development, on-going maintenance, and operational and technical support of all aspects of the Workday system. In addition, this person takes an active role in the design, implementation, deployment, and documentation of key projects that leverage the Workday platform or related third-party vendor applications.
Essential Job Functions:
- Provides input for user procedures, guidelines, documentation, end-user training resources and communications for Workday modules.
- Supports the review, design, testing, implementation, and maintenance of Workday module upgrades.
- Conducts working sessions with business partners to gather, document, understand and analyze business requirements.
- Provides support for Workday modules as assigned which may include: HR: HCM, Absence, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, Recruitment, and Talent | Finance: FDM, Accounting, Banking, Budgets, Expenses, Revenue Management | Supply Chain: Asset Management, Inventory, Procurement, and Supplier Accounts
- Collaborates with team members on projects, identifying options, risks and downstream impacts related to Workday decisions.
- Creates reusable, documented business processes.
- Develops and implements scalable, flexible solutions that support business goals.
- Troubleshoots problems and conducts tests to assist in issue resolution for unexpected results or internal process flaws. Conducts data audits as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned or needed to meet the needs of the department/organization.

- Required: Bachelors - Related Field
- Preferred: Bachelors - Business Administration/Management
