About the Role
Altru Health is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct patient care and contribute to the development of individualized care plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily rounds to ensure high-quality customer service
- Develop and implement patient care plans that address physical, psychological, social, educational, developmental, and rehabilitative needs
- Assess patient conditions and identify early warning signs of deterioration, taking prompt action as needed
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
Requirements:
- Active Registered Nurse licensure in North Dakota or compact state agreement
- Basic Life Support certification within 90 days
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification within six months
- Essentials of Critical Care Orientation (ECCO) preferred
