Job Description
This Progressive Care RN position involves providing direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies and procedures. The nurse must maintain the knowledge and skills necessary to deliver care suitable for the age of the patients served on the assigned unit.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary care team. A registered nurse license in North Dakota or a compact state agreement is required prior to start date, while basic life support certification from the American Heart Association must be obtained within 90 days of employment.
Physical Demands and Working Conditions
This role requires frequent standing, walking, and stooping/bending, with occasional sitting and squatting/crouching. The working conditions involve continuous indoor activity, with no exposure to extreme temperatures or outdoor environments.
