Responsibilities:
- Assess, develop, and implement individualized patient care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and standards.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Stay current with evidence-based practices and research to deliver best-in-class patient care.
Requirements:
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in North Dakota or a compact state.
- BSN or higher degree in Nursing.
- Active BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- ACLS certification from the American Heart Association within 90 days of hire.
- ECCO certification from the American Association of Critical-Care Nurses preferred.
