About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Cardiac Sonographer to join our team at Altru Health. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will be responsible for producing high-quality images of the heart and assisting cardiologists with patient exams.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate ultrasound equipment to produce accurate images of the heart
- Record cardiac data and measurements to aid in diagnosis
- Protect and assist patients during procedures
- Communicate effectively with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals
Requirements
- Associate's degree in Cardiac Sonography or a related field
- 1 year of experience in cardiac sonography or a related field
- Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) certification
