Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, identifying key areas of concern and developing tailored care plans.
- Work closely with registered nurses and other licensed practitioners to coordinate patient care and optimize health outcomes.
- Administer medications, perform wound care, and engage in other interventions as directed by licensed practitioners.
- Effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information, adhering to established standards and regulations.
Requirements
- Curently licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in North Dakota or a Compact State Agreement.
- Possess Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association within 90 days of start date.
- Hold a valid Driver's License with an acceptable driving record, if applicable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
