Job Summary:
This full-time Registered Nurse position involves working 36 hours per week with rotating shifts, including straight days and nights. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily rounds to ensure quality customer service.
- Develop a plan of care based on assessment.
- Assess and intervene as necessary.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
- Provide patient education and discharge planning.
Requirements:
- A valid Registered Nurse license from North Dakota Board of Nursing or Compact State Agreement.
- Basic Life Support certification from American Heart Association within 90 days of start date.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification within 6 months of start date.
- Essentials of Critical Care Orientation (ECCO) certification preferred.
