Intensive Care Unit Nurse

Job Summary

The Registered Nurse provides direct patient care and collaborates with the healthcare team to ensure the highest quality care for our patients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and have a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
• Provide education and support to patients and their families

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited institution
• RN license in good standing
• At least 1 year of experience in intensive care unit settings
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
