Job Responsibilities
The Healthcare Professional will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care in a collaborative environment. Key responsibilities include:
- Assigns or delegates the responsibility for performance of nursing interventions to other persons for which that person has the necessary skills and competence to accomplish safely.
- Reports the patient's self-report/symptoms of pain promptly according to standard operating procedure.
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification from North Dakota Board of Nursing or Compact State Agreement.
- License Practical Nurse (LPN) certification from Minnesota Board of Nursing within 12 months of start date.
