Job Description
This position ensures the delivery of high-quality patient care by performing and documenting assessments appropriate to licensure. You will identify health history and admission process completion, as well as discharge planning and education needs. You will also provide patient care and perform personal cares, and assist the registered nurse or other licensed practitioner in identifying patient needs, priorities of care, and goals.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license prior to start date.
- Temporary LPN license accepted prior to start.
