About the Position
\We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As an LPN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, documenting patient information, and collaborating with colleagues to achieve excellent outcomes.
\Main Responsibilities
\- Perform assessments and document patient information accurately and timely.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure quality and continuity of care.
- Implement nursing interventions and prescribed medical regimens in a timely and safe manner.
- Participate in health education approved by licensed practitioners.
- Assist in discharge planning, education, and counseling based on identified patient needs.
Certification Requirements
\- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification from North Dakota Board of Nursing or Compact State Agreement prior to start date.
- License Practical Nurse (LPN) certification from Minnesota Board of Nursing within 12 months of start date.
- Driver's License with acceptable driving record prior to start date.
- BLS certification from American Heart Association within 90 days of start date.
Physical Demands and Working Conditions
\This role requires occasional driving and working in an indoor environment with medium physical demands. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and teamwork skills.
