Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist registered nurses and licensed practitioners in identifying patient needs and priorities of care.
- Contribute to the evaluation of patient care plans by gathering, observing, recording, and communicating patient responses to nursing interventions.
- Modify patient care plans in collaboration with licensed practitioners.
- Perform personal cares and provide patient education.
Requirements
- Certification as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Minnesota or North Dakota.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
