Job Summary
The Registered Nurse RN is a critical member of the healthcare team, providing direct patient care and promoting a culture of safety and quality. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify physical, emotional, and social needs
- Develop and implement comprehensive care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
- Facilitate effective communication among healthcare providers and patients/families to ensure seamless transitions of care
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Active registration with the North Dakota Board of Nursing (NDBON) or Compact State Agreement
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA)
- Ability to lift 20-40 pounds and stand/walk frequently throughout the shift
