Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patients' physical, psychological, social, educational, developmental, and rehabilitative needs, developing individualized plans of care that address their unique requirements.
- Deliver direct nursing care, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Coordinate patient care within the healthcare team, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration to achieve optimal results.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families, empowering them to take an active role in their healthcare journey.
- Document patient information accurately and efficiently, maintaining clear and concise records that meet regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- A valid Registered Nurse license in the state of North Dakota or a compact state agreement.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within six months of hire date.
- Essentials of Critical Care Orientation (ECCO) certification preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
