Responsibilities
- Assist in the implementation of an integrated patient-centered care plan.
- Assign or delegate responsibilities for performance of nursing interventions to other personnel.
- Identify early warning signs of a change in patient condition and report accordingly.
Requirements
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification from the North Dakota Board of Nursing or Compact State Agreement.
- License to practice as an LPN in Minnesota within 12 months of hire date.
- Driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association within 90 days of hire date.
