**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Altru Health. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols.

- Develop and implement individualized plans of care for patients based on their physical, psychological, social, educational, developmental, and rehabilitative needs.
- Assess patient conditions and identify early warning signs of change, responding accordingly and notifying responsible clinicians as needed.
- Provide education and counseling to patients and families to optimize understanding and promote healthy behaviors.
- Assign or delegate tasks to other team members, ensuring that responsibilities are handled safely and effectively.
**Requirements:**
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of North Dakota or Compact State Agreement.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 90 days of hire.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
