Key Responsibilities
- Patient Assessments: Perform and document assessments appropriate to licensure, ensuring health history and admission processes are completed.
- Discharge Planning: Identify discharge planning and education needs, provide patient care, and perform personal cares.
- Communication: Communicate patient progress and adjust own workload.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Must hold a valid North Dakota Board of Nursing (NDBON) or Compact State Agreement license prior to start date.
- Education: Completion of a practical nursing program approved by the North Dakota Board of Nursing.
- Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) within 90 days of start date.
