Job Details
This is a full-time position that requires 36 hours of work per week. The nurse will be working on rotating shifts, which include weekends, days, and nights. This role offers a competitive salary range of $32.19-$48.28 per hour, as well as additional incentives such as differential pay and shift pick-up pay.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct patient care, assessing patients' conditions, and developing plans of care based on their physical, psychological, social, educational, developmental, and rehabilitative needs. Additionally, the nurse will be expected to facilitate coordination of patient care within the interdisciplinary team and provide education to patients and families.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must hold a current registered nurse license in North Dakota or a compact state agreement. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is also required within 90 days of start date. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification is preferred within six months of start date.
