Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Progressive Care Unit team. As a member of our team, you will provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assessing patient needs and developing individualized care plans
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitoring patient vital signs and responding to changes in their condition
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Current RN license in North Dakota or compact state
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within six months of hire
- Essentials of Critical Care Orientation (ECCO) certification preferred
