Job Summary:
The Registration Eligible Dietitian plays a vital role in supporting multiple specialty units, driving performance improvement projects, and delivering comprehensive training and nutrition education. Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Registered Dietitian to ensure seamless coordination and effective nutrition support.
- Collaborate with the Registered Dietitian for necessary approvals and sign-offs.
- Participate in performance improvement projects related to nutrition and patient care.
- Educate patients and their family members to enhance their understanding of nutrition and health.
- Partner on research initiatives related to nutrition and outcomes.
- Perform other duties as assigned or needed to meet departmental needs.
Certifications and Requirements:
- Registration Eligible Dietitian license from the North Dakota Board of Dietetic Practice prior to start date.
- Registered Dietitian certification from the Commission on Dietetic Registration within six months of start date.
- Driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
