Duties and Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information, including medical histories, treatment plans, and progress notes. ">
- Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to coordinate patient care and achieve desired outcomes. ">
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance patient care and safety. ">
Qualifications

- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in North Dakota or compact state agreement. ">
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association within 90 days of hire. ">
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification from the American Heart Association within six months of hire. ">
- Prior experience in a medical-surgical setting preferred, but not required. ">
