Key Accountabilities
- Evaluate and assess patients to determine their respiratory needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve patient outcomes
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure effective patient care
Qualifications and Certification
- Active licensure or certification as a Respiratory Therapist from North Dakota State Board of Respiratory Care
- Registration with Minnesota Board of Medical Practice prior to start date
- New graduates must obtain registry from National Board for Respiratory Care within 12 months (RRT)
Schedule Details
This position requires working every weekend day, every other holiday, and occasional call shifts.
