The opportunity
Altruist is in the midst of an exceptional growth phase and we're excited to hire a Senior Engineering Manager to join and lead our Rebalancer / MMP team within the Investments Product Group focused on building an intuitive, easy to use and best in class investments engine for our advisors and their clients.
As a Senior Engineering Manager, you are responsible for the success of your team that translates into running critical functions of the company. In this role, you'll actively engage in engineering and design processes while also providing coaching, mentorship, and leadership to your team. With a strong focus on efficiency and a user-first approach, you'll guide engineers in developing technical solutions and ensure effective cross functional communication across teams and with senior leadership.

8 years of experience in software development and delivery, preferably with an experience in fintech / portfolio management systems
