The opportunity
Altruist is in the midst of an exceptional growth phase and we're excited to hire a Sr. Engineering Manager to join and lead our Experience teams focused on building a best in class web and mobile experience for our advisors and their clients.
As an Sr. Engineering Manager, you will play a key role in running critical functions of the company while leading two growing teams (web & mobile) composed of a mix of Front End, Full Stack, Back End, and Mobile Engineers. While collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll deliver new features, reduce our technical debt, mentor the team and manage project delivery.
