ZT Automotive is currently seeking a General Accountant to join our Corporate Office Team. In this position, you will be responsible for assisting the Accounting Manager with administrative duties.
Responsibilities :
Prepare and maintain financial records and reports
- Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy of financial data
- budget preparation and forecasting
- Analyze financial information and provide recommendations for improvement
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Assist with audits and tax filings
- Perform factory and floor plan reconciliations at month-end.
- Record daily banking activities for all assigned dealerships.
- Post various monthly statements and invoices from the vehicle manufacturer.
- Process monthly and weekly finance and insurance product statements and invoices.
- Post monthly finance reserve statements from lenders.
- Assist in maintaining various account schedules.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
