Altus Community Healthcare is seeking 3 motivated Facility Medical Director (FMD) to lead the clinical and operational excellence of our Port Arthur, Baytown or Pearland location.
As the FMD, you will serve as the vital link between physicians and administration, ensuring exceptional patient outcomes, operational efficiency, and community impact.
Key Responsibilities :
- Clinical Leadership and Quality Oversight
- Operational and Financial Management

- Community and Stakeholder Engagement
Experience :
o 5 years of clinical experience in Emergency Medicine
o Proven leadership in freestanding EDs or urgent care settings
o Skilled in managing clinical sites and leading cross-functional teams
o Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
o Expertise in clinical quality, operational performance, and financial metrics
