We need resilient, goal-oriented representatives with experience helping people in either a customer service or sales environment. The role involves contacting our existing business clients so that you can support them completing their onboarding process as well as communicating efficiently with additional areas of the business. Objectives of this Role: Communicate with the clients to gather key information and documentation. Communicate efficiently with internal stakeholders and surveyors to gather and process collated documentation. Proactively manage a portfolio of clients and accurately update vital client information on our CRM database. You will work closely with the Commercial Property Consultants, to ensure client requirements are met, and the client is onboarded. What is Altus Group?
