What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :

  • Lead the design and implementation of sales compensation plans and policies
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Finance, HR, and Legal to develop compensation strategies
  • Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales compensation plans in achieving business goals
  • Oversee the annual sales compensation budgeting and accrual process
  • Manage integration of sales employees during mergers and acquisitions, including compensation transition strategies

    • What is Required (Qualifications) :

  • 5 years of experience in Sales Compensation Design, Sales Strategy, or Operations within a technology company
  • Proven experience with sales compensation plan structures including quotas and pay mix
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to interpret compensation policies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with various management levels
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and experience with compensation systems like Salesforce.com or Xactly Incent

  • Experience in engaging with field sales teams and senior management during strategic discussions
  • Familiarity with enterprise finance systems and data analysis methods
