Job Summary:
Analyze business operations to provide insightful recommendations to the managing director to improve overall financial performance.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Specific functions include, but are not limited to, the following, and will be developed on-going:
- Evaluate, develop, and recommend all financial data to help ensure sound fiscal management
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, insights, and outliers within data and Identify trends/opportunities
- Develops analysis of monthly/quarterly/annual consolidated and subsidiary financial data, including variance analysis, fluctuation analysis and/or determination of profitability
- Uses financial modeling to forecast future costs and revenue impacts
- Helps design and implement presentations for management
- Participates in automation and other efforts to streamline and improve reporting and evaluation processes.
- Development of daily, weekly and monthly analysis and reports
- Assist with ad-hoc special projects aimed at improving hospital and emergency room operations and financial performance
- Develop familiarity with our projection model
- Update projection model as needed to accurately project new/revised data and communicate changes.
- Conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities
- Continually assess all financial and data results against relevant comparable companies, industries, and benchmark
- Performs other duties as requested

Requirements:Qualification: Education and/or Experience, Skills

- Bachelor's in business or finance
- A minimum of two years of experience in an analytical role, with a focus on reporting and business analytics, process improvement or opportunity
- Improvement, and experience summarizing and reporting results to senior leadership
- Must be able to work independently
