Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Lead Generation Specialist to identify and cultivate leads for job placements. This role involves:
- Lead Identification: Proactively seeking out potential job candidates through various channels; primarily LinkedIn, job boards, and our CRM System (Bullhorn)
- Lead Qualification: Assessing and categorizing leads based on their qualifications, experience, and suitability for open positions.
- Candidate Matching: Matching leads with job openings by parsing resumes and candidate profiles to ensure compatibility with job requirements.
- Database Management: Maintaining and updating our CRM system with accurate lead and candidate information.
- Follow-Up: Engaging with leads to nurture relationships, ensuring they remain interested and engaged throughout the hiring process.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: Highschool Diploma or further education
- Experience: Ideal candidates will have prior recruiting experience, but we welcome any fast learners who have adept computer skills and a knack for data entry & process-oriented thinking.
- Ideal Technical Skills: Microsoft Office Suite, any previous experience with ATS or CRM systems. Previous experience with Bullhorn would be highly valued.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for engaging with internal teams and potential candidates. This role would not involve outbound communication to candidates at first, however there is a direct path to Recruiter positions for those who are interested.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions based on candidate qualifications and job requirements.

- Hourly rate or equivalent salary estimated to be ~$17/hr plus performance-based bonuses/commissions ranging from an additional $2 – 4K per year.

Location & Hours: This position is based in our Maitland, FL office, and is not remote. Candidates must be able to commute or relocate to Maitland, Florida. Schedule is 8am – 4:30pm Monday through Thursday, 8am – 3pm Fridays.
