Job Overview

Duties
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and evaluations to determine health status.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Provide care in various settings including emergency rooms and outpatient clinics.
- Administer psychopharmacology treatments as needed.
- Perform procedures such as suturing and IV insertion.
- Engage in utilization management and review processes to optimize patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care for patients, especially those with developmental disabilities.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.
Skills
