This full-time on-site position is located in West Chester, PA.

This is dual role for an Accountant and Customer Service Representative.

What You Will Do

All accounting functions

Entry of Sales Orders and POs in a timely manor

Assist in obtaining purchase orders from hospitals

Order Confirmations

Answer Phones

Work with the field on RMAs

Work with Quality and field representatives on customer complaints

Secondary Support :

AR / AP Responsibilities

Hospital pricing and approvals

Work with Engineering and Purchasing on creating and maintaining BOMs for sets

Runs open order report monthly and advises on back orders and clears old purchase orders.

Address back orders on a daily basis

Daily and direct communication with customers and sales reps regarding any shortages and options. Communicate same with Purchasing.

Liaise with distributors, and hospital staff on any pertinent issues

Who You Are

Must Haves :

Five (5) years of accounting and customer service experience.

Bachelors degree in accounting

Knowledge of MS Office Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, and Project (or similar products) is required.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles.

Preferred :

ERP - Global Shop Solutions

Background in medical device industry is a plus

Skills and Competencies

Must possess excellent customer service skills, attention to project detail and the development of alternative plans to ensure satisfactory deliver of supplies, material, and equipment in accordance with contract terms.

Effective verbal, written, and client management skills

Strong time management and organization skills

Ability to work accurately and effectively under tight deadlines

Ability to Work independently as well as with teams

Ability to demonstrate good common sense and sound judgment

Ability to maintain confidentiality
