What You’ll Do
Architect & Build – Develop, deploy, and scale full-stack applications across multiple technologies : React (Web & Native), Ruby on Rails, Python, Node.js, AWS, Azure, Google APIs (mail, data), Databricks, Salesforce, and more.
Solve Big Problems – Tackle complex data processing, AI-driven insights, and workflow automation challenges for private equity and venture capital firms.
Shape the Future – Drive innovation in our AI-powered investor insights platform , helping firms make smarter decisions with their data.
Own Your Work – Lead projects end-to-end, from brainstorming and prototyping to production and scaling.
Mentor & Learn – Elevate the entire team by sharing knowledge, reviewing code, and helping us all grow as engineers.
Requirements : What You Bring
7 years of full-stack experience across multiple languages and frameworks
Proficiency in React (Native & Web), Ruby on Rails, Python, Node.js, and PostgreSQL
Experience with CI / CD, AWS, Azure, Google APIs, Databricks, and Salesforce integrations
Strong knowledge of API design, security best practices, and data architecture
Growth mindset – you love learning, experimenting, and refining your craft
A product-oriented mindset —you think about impact, usability, and business value, not just code
Experience in SaaS, FinTech, or PE / VC is a plus but not required
