Plans, coordinates and directs the construction, modernization, renovation and bond program for all district facilities. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Preferred any combination equivalent to: Bachelor’s degree or Four (4) years successful experience in a supervisory capacity in facilities, maintenance, construction, engineering or a related field.
A thorough knowledge of construction management, contract development and contract administration
A proven track record in budget management, personnel management, public relations, and public records management
Possession of a valid California Driver’s license and proof of insurance according to Board Policy
