What are the responsibilities and job description for the MAINTENANCE WORKER III (Electrician) #12 position at Alum Rock Union Elementary School District?
BASIC FUNCTION:
Under direction, performs skilled building maintenance and repair work; and does related or other work as required.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
Possession of an appropriate California Driver’s License issued by the State
Department of Motor Vehicles.
Two years journey level experience and appropriate licensing or certification may be
required contingent on assignment (ie – pest control, HVAC, etc.)
TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:
PATTERN I: Two years of journey level experience in at least one of the building trades.
PATTERN II: Four years’ experience as a Maintenance Worker II at Alum Rock Union Elementary School District.
