What are the responsibilities and job description for the Class A CDL Truck Driver (Transporting Boats) position at ALUMA-WELD?
AIM or MISSION : The aim of the Truck Driver is the safe transport of finished goods to their destination for Delivery to the Xpress / Veranda Dealer Network.
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES / EXPECTATIONS :
- Set up load bars on the hauling trailers.
- Correctly strap down boats on the hauling trailers.
- Visually inspect boats as they are loaded and report any damage.
- Double-hitch hot shot loads.
- Verify serial numbers are correct on all boat motors and trailers.
Requirements
Current Class A CDL Licence
3 Years of over the road experience
Ability to Pass DOT Physical and have current medical card
