What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Installer position at Alumina Railing Products?
Alumina Railing Products manufactures and installs ornamental & decorative railings. Alumina Railing Products has been providing superior craftsmanship and quality for commercial, industrial, multifamily and residential projects since 1993.
Our company is seeking a full-time field installer to join our team. Our ideal candidate is someone who is motivated, reliable, hardworking who keeps a positive attitude!
Responsibilities:
- Before each project installers review shop drawings/job sheets with supervisors and foreman.
- No commuting to jobsites is required. Installers load up materials from our facility along with any additional tools needed. All tools are provided.
- Ability to use a variety of tools such as tape measure, cordless power tools, chops saws, concrete drills etc.
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the installation process.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ensure a safe jobsite and are using the required PPE. OSHA 10 or 30 card a plus!
Required Experience & Qualifications:
- 3-5 years experience in construction is required. Experience in the ornamental or structural industry is a plus!
- We will train the right candidate if they have a strong work ethic and a great attitude.
- Ability to pass a DOT physical, drug test, and background check.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Must be reliable and prompt, with a professional appearance and demeanor.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $38,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
