Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the installation and service teams.
- Ensure all installations are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Manage the scheduling and dispatching of service technicians for followup visits.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and safety regulations.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate the performance of installers and service technicians.
- Address and resolve any customer complaints or issues related to installations.
- Maintain accurate records of installations, service calls, and customer interactions.
