Requirements Lee Health - Gulf Coast Medical Center- Non- invasive Cardiology General Cardiologist needed from 8:00a - 5:00pm ; weekend and weekday shifts available- all months throughout rest of 2025 rounding in hospital interventional cardiologist backup approximate 10-15 patients a day have Advanced Provider (APRN/PA) support Providers must have an active FL license, clean background and clean NPDB, must be Board Certified and must meet all procedure log requirements to be booked. **Must allow 30 days for credentialing** Privileging criteria for procedure logs: Privilege criteria for general Cardiology Core which is what locums cover at Lee Health is - Applicants for initial appointment must be able to demonstrate active cardiology practice for at least 50 patients in the past 12 months in an accredited hospital or healthcare facility. So that?s what the logs would need to show. The report has to come from the facility with the facility name, provider?s name and dates of service or the range of dates
