Requirements University of Vermont- CVPH, Alice Hyde Medical Center, and CVPH Ambulatory Surgery Center are looking fortwo CRNA locums for ongoing full time coverage to start as soon as credentialed.Anticipated Procedures/Surgeries per Week: Four to six cases per day, depending upon the specialty, the surgeon, and average case duration. If assigned to GI endoscopies, then 10-12 cases per day.Description of Work Assignment : Five days per week 07:30 - 15:30 at CVPH in Plattsburgh, but six -to- eight days per month at Alice Hyde Medical Center in Malone, NY (an hour from Plattsburgh). Alice Hyde days may require working until 17:30 in order to finish the schedule. Overtime at CVPH somewhat more optional. No night or weekend call. Ideally, we get someone willing to be primarily CVPH. Spending 6-8 days per month at AHMCLocation of Work Assignment: CVPH Medical Center (UVMHN), Plattsburgh, NYAlice Hyde Medical Center (UVMHN), Malone, NYBreakdown of Clinic Days/Sessions and/or OR Days: Five days per week, 07:30 - 15:30 with opportunities for additional hours at CVPH and potentially required additional hours (up to 2 hours) at Alice Hyde. No call per se. No weekends or holidays.Procedures Provider Will Be REQUIRED To Perform: Ortho, ENT, General Surgery, Gyne, Plastics, Podiatry, GI endo. No peds required. Anesthesiologists perform blocks. No OB unless to cover a C-section with anesthesiologist's spinal or epidural.CRNA's will be supervised.We would consider full time and also 2-4 shifts/week. Let?s focus on 8 to 10 hour shifts. Not 12.EMR: EPIC
