  • Requirements : Active Illinois License & DEA
  • Position : Dentist

Dentist -  Needed for an ongoing outpatient assignment in Illinois. The clinician will be required to hold an active Illinois State license & DEA.

  • Schedule : 4 – 10-hour shifts per week or 5 – 8-hour shifts per week
  • Compensation : $130 / hr. plus malpractice coverage insurance
  • Location : Locations throughout Illinois
  • Start Date : ASAP pending credentialing (within 1 week of submitting documents)
  • No Calls
  • No Weekends
