Requirements Candidate CVs need to have month & date on their work experience w / all gaps in employment accounted for.Chart closure within 72 hours Schedule = 18 PPD, minimum is 18 PPDMonday-Friday 8-5Adult medicine preferredA decision is typically made within 7-14 daysWe will also accept DOBE will be considered if truly BE (5 years or less since residency)Active DEA needed before startCredentialing takes 30-90 daysThe following immunizations are required for credentialing (before start date) : 2022-2023 Flu Vaccine, TB Status / X-Ray Results (results must be within the 90 days before start date), Positive MMR Titer or Complete Immunization Series, Positive Hep B Titer or Complete Immunization Series, Positive Varicella Zoster Titer or Complete Immunization Series, Tdap Immunization (must be within the last 10 years). Covid-19 Vaccine no longer requiredHCO & Vendor agree to a 30 day notice for ending all assignments.
